What do They ask You?

I plan on calling ToonTown support since my account is on hold. What kinds of things do they ask you?

Please help as I might not get Winter back!

Just now I had them transfer a Toon to another account. If it is anything like what they asked from me ,they will ask for billing address, name of the account and the account holder, date of birth, Credit card type (Ask a parent), name on Credit Card, and name of Toons.

If you call them, they should ask for your account ID, email address, billing address, and maybe a parent. They might ask for the parent account information, as this is a possible way to get your toon back. Do NOT give away you password to either accounts. Disney will never ask you for your password, as they do not need it to pull up your account info. Hope this helps!
