The Sunset's Rise~ Interactive Story

Why isn't the sunset going down? Why is it going up?
Welcome to The Sunset's Rise. This is an interactive story about fifteen toons who gather under the sunset only to find that it goes up and not down. But when the sunset is rising, time freezes, leaving the toons scrambling to survive in a frozen time zone. The Cogs have started to raid each town, which makes it even more difficult. Who will be the last one to face the Cogs?

I will determine the outcome of a battle or escape.
You may make allies, but please PM me saying who you're ally is, or post it on the thread.
PM's will come every Saturday.
If you are unable to make your moves because of a vacation, please PM the backup saying where you want to move.

You will get 75 points to divide into 5 categories.

Intelligence- This is how you'll be able to handle situations. This cannot go above 20 points.
0 points= Cogs
4 points= Thunderstorms
8 points= Dark areas for an extended period of time
12 points= Going sad
16 points= Fear
20 points= Nothing scares you.
Strength- The more points here, the more powerful your gags are. The maximum you may have here is 14. This is divided by 2, so only even numbers. If you have no points here, you'll have all your gags developed to level 2.
6 points= level 3 gags
8 points = level 4 gags
10 points= level 5 gags
12 points= level 6 gags
14 points= level 7 gags
Health- Health is how much laff you have. You'll be able to hold out longer in battle if you have more laff. You have 35 default laff. If you have no points here, you'll stay with the default. Each point adds 10 laff. So if you have 6 points in health, 35+60=95 laff. The maximum you may have is 10.
Movement- This is how fast you'll be able to move from one place to another in a day. The maximum you may have here is 20.
0 points= 6 hours
6 points= 4 hours
10 points= 2 hours
15 points= 1 hour
20 points= 10 minutes
Fear- Fear is how much you'll scare others. This goes well with intelligence. If you have more points here, you'll scare others off easily. The maximum you may here is 11.
Sanity depends on your intelligence. Below is a description of each level.

Cogs- You fear Cogs in general. You flee when you see an invasion.
Thunderstorms- Self-explanatory.
Dark areas for a long period- Again, self-explanatory. Doesn't happen often.
Going sad- Every toon fears going sad.
Fear- This varies, but if you have higher fear points then your enemy, you get whatever you were fighting about.
The gags remain the same, except toonup can heal you. The heal is halved. You also get one organic gag track.
Moving
Each game day (3 real days) I will PM or VM you a map of where you moved. You have 16 hours to move, and leaving 8 hours for sleep. Every hour you give up sleep, you lose 10 laff.
